Access Scope:
Your information may be accessed by authorized Job Center administrators and, where relevant to recruitment, limited candidate information may be made available to recruiters/employers.

Data Retention (Up to 24 Months)
For recent or rejected candidates, personal information is generally retained for up to 24 months from the candidate's last recruitment activity.
After the applicable retention period, inactive candidate records may be reviewed and deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Security & Accuracy
Job Center takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information in their profiles.
Children's Data
Job Center is intended primarily for persons seeking employment opportunities. Where personal information relating to a child is processed, applicable legal requirements will be followed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when there are changes to applicable law, the Job Center platform, services, data-processing practices, security practices or third-party services. The latest version will always be made available on the Job Center website.
